Canada Day

July 1st is a Canada Day. When I went to the riverside to celebrate with Canadian people, I saw a lot of interesting activities because Canada makes up of many countries. When I went for walking, I saw some people making amazing leathery wallets and belts. Then I went to buy some food. I got lots kinds of delicious food, it has irresistible smell. I enjoyed for listening some singers who playing some quiet songs. I spent an interesting time walking around the park in Canada Day.

My Room

My room is my beautiful world. It has every things that I like. A nice king size bed is in the right side. My comfortable bed is covered by smooth blanket. on the other side, there are a nice woody desk and restful leathery chair, I use for studying. I hung some pretty pictures on the wall. When you are in my room, you can smell an aromatic smell because a lot of volatile perfumes are in my room. Because I consider my room is my nice world, I alawys bring every things to put in my special world.

My Nice Trip

I spent nice time in Alberta, last week. First of all, I went to Jasper because there are a lot of things to do there. For example, I went to National Park to see natural scenery and some kinds of animal such as deer and bear. Second, I went to Banff. It is a nice place to relax yourself. There are also a lot of activities in Banff such as hiking,riding horse, and walking. Then I went to see waterfalls to get pictures. Finally, Alberta is wonderful place to spend your holiday.

Respect

Respect is the best thing I learned from my parents. First of all, my parents learned me how to respect the person who is older than me. For example, if I am sitting on a chair and the person who older than me come, I should stand up to let him take the chair. Second, I have to respect my brothers and sisters. For example, if my brother is talking, I shouldn’t interrupt him, so I should listen to him and do what he says. Third, it is important to respect my friends, so your friends will respect me. Finally, I should be respectful as my parents learned me.

Personal Quality

There are many personal qualities to help you to live in a new country as patience, good memory, and goals. I would like to talk about goals. First of all, if you have goals, you will try to do your best to get what you want to achieve even though you don’t live in your country. Second, goals are very important to know what will you get if you do your plan. Finally, you don’t care where you live because you don’t have time to think about it, you only think how to get your goals. Goals are so important as personal quality to keep your life.

Learning Foreign Language

There are a lot of ways if you want to learn foreign language. First of all, you should read to get more words. Reading will help you to improve your new language. When you read something, you will face some new words that you will get the meaning and how to use it. Second, writing is good to help you to improve your language. When you write anything, you will learn how to spell it. Finally, to improve your new language quickly, you should practice all the time to be accustomed to how to say it. If you do all these things, you will learn foreign language in best ways.

My Favorate Food

My favorate food is kabsa. It consists of rice, tomato, onion, salt, and meat or chicken. It is tradition in my country. We prefer it because it has many benefits. I think that when we want to make it, we put all of these things in a pot and cooking it for an hour. We sometimes put some vegetable on it to get good taste.

Canada and My Country

There are many differnces between my country and Canada such as the weather, life style, and woman. First of all, Canadian weather is colder than the weather in Saudi Arabia. In Saudi Arabia, there is no snow and it is warmer than here. Second, a woman in Canada can drive her car and she can work evrywhere with men, but in Saudi Arabia, a woman cann't drive a car because she is like a gueen; there is a driver to pick her up to anywhere she want it, and there is a servant to serve her. The woman in Saudi Arabia can work as a doctor and a teacher in the woman department.

My Ideal House

If I want to get my ideal house, I should make sure it has alot of things, I like it. First of all, when I want to buy a new house, I have to choose the best location. Because I like sees and rivers, I prefer my ideal house to be on the beach, so I will get a good view. Second, I will look for big rooms, comfortable chairs, and nice furniture. I want my ideal houseto be neat and clean. Finally, garage, pool, and garden are very important to get my ideal house. I will get my ideal house if I find all these things.

Writing Homework #1

In April, I went to Victoria with my friend. I called my cousin in Vancouver to meet him, but he was in Victori. When I was in Butchart Gardens, I had seen my cousin walk around flowers. Before I saw him, I had goten alots of picture in diffrent places. Then we came back to Vancouver together.
